Mission:

To create marvelous connections between people and brands.

Guiding Principles:

  • Treat people the way you want to be treated. Period. The end. Make the world a more marvelous place.

  • Unleash creativity. Creativity isn’t just found in art; it’s what makes people successful in business and life. Creativity is solving every day problems with new ideas. No one is allowed to say “I’m not creative.”

  • Think big and dig deep. “The world is your oyster.” Help people think big about the impact they want to make. Dig deep and listen to find what treasures are under the surface.

  • Connect authentically. Bring your whole-self to the table and expect the same on the other side. Life is too short not to.

  • Be a “learn-it-all.” We’ve only begun to scratch the surface on learning everything there is to know. Read, listen, and ask questions — always. You learn more by listening than you do by talking.

Expertise:

Branding:  A strong brand creates the foundation for everything your company is about. Once a defined brand is established, all the other elements (compelling website, marketing materials, employee engagement, event strategy, etc) will fall into place.  Marvelous can help you define your unique brand or incorporate your established brand into the supporting elements.

Event Planning: Event planning and hosting has always been intuitive for MaryBeth. Growing up as the youngest of 6 kids, she was the family event planner and continued that trend into her career. She’s worked on both sides of the event - vendor and planner/host. She knows all the right elements to make an event marvelous.

Community Engagement: From $500 table sponsorships to NBA/NFL/NASCAR sponsorships and everything in between, Marvelous has been involved in identifying potential community relationships, recommending philanthropic gifts and/or securing sponsorships, and activating those relationships. In addition to being good for the community and economic development, community engagement, when executed correctly, help brands (1) increase brand awareness, (2) provide opportunities for employee volunteerism and (3) engage with clients in a unique way.

Employee Engagement: People who work for Coke don’t drink Pepsi.  Employees who are passionate about your brand are more likely to stay employed with your company.  Marvelous has experience creating opportunities for employees to connect in meaningful ways with your brand, including on-boarding programs connected to your mission and values, incorporating brand connections into staff meetings, creating online stores with branded apparel that your staff actually want to wear, and incorporating values and brand into annual performance goals.
